Shipping channel:
We collaborate with leading logistics partners such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure swift and secure global transportation. Additionally, we have established partnerships with other reputable logistics providers in specific regions to offer efficient and cost-effective shipping solutions.
Delivery time:
Express: 5~8 days; (DHL/FedEx/UPS, fast and stable.)
General Logistics: 10~25 days;
Free shipping: 7~20 days depending on the region.
The price of products:
All our product prices are exclusive of tax.
We will fill in the actual price of the order when shipping. If the parcel is incurring customs duty please take care of it in time so that the parcel will not be returned.

Payment method
We accept payment by PayPal and credit card.
For commercial orders, you can also use bank transfer to our CITIBANK N.A. New York Branch account. We accept international wire transfers (SWIFT), US ACH/EFT and Fedwire transfers. Bank transfers are only supported for accounts where the account holder is a company (organization), individual accounts are not supported. To pay by bank transfer, please contact our sales manager.
Warranty and Return Policy
Please refer to the product manual for details on our warranty policy. Customized products are exempt from no-reason returns, while other products are eligible for a 7-day no-reason return policy. However, customers are responsible for covering the associated courier costs. For further assistance, kindly reach out to our sales manager.
