Warranty and Return Policy

Please refer to the product manual for details on our warranty policy. Customized products are exempt from no-reason returns, while other products are eligible for a 7-day no-reason return policy. However, customers are responsible for covering the associated courier costs. For further assistance, kindly reach out to our sales manager.

Consumer Price Protection Policy

    1. Price Protection Period: Within one month of your purchase, if you find the same product being sold at a lower price on our website, you are entitled to avail of the price protection policy.

    2. Application Process: If you discover a lower advertised price for the same product during the price protection period, please contact our customer service team immediately and provide the following information:

  – Your order number
  – Product name and model
  – Source and valid proof of the lower price (such as a link or screenshot)

    3. Price Adjustment: We will promptly review your application and, upon verification, adjust the price for you. Depending on your payment method, the price difference will be refunded through the original payment method or issued as a coupon.

    4. Policy Limitations: Please note that the price protection policy applies only to products purchased within the price protection period. Additionally, the following situations are not covered by the price protection:

  – Products during special promotional periods (such as clearance)
  – Other special circumstances, such as omissions or pricing errors

    5. Reserve Rights: We reserve the right to adjust the price protection policy based on actual circumstances and may modify or terminate it at any time without prior notice.

General Sales Conditions

The following General Sales Conditions (“GSC”) apply to all orders placed on this Website or directly with DEEPACE Ltd, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by DEEPACE. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, payment issues, or regulatory restrictions.

Pricing and Availability

Product prices, specifications, availability, and delivery times are subject to change without prior notice.
Any quotation provided by DEEPACE is valid only for the period specified therein or, if not specified, for a reasonable commercial period.

Payment Terms

Orders must be paid in full prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
DEEPACE reserves the right to suspend delivery or cancel an order in case of delayed or failed payment.

Delivery and Transfer of Risk

Delivery terms are specified on the Website or in the commercial quotation.
Unless otherwise stated, deliveries are made under DAP (Delivered At Place, Incoterms®).
Risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier or at the agreed delivery point, in accordance with the applicable Incoterms.

Warranty and Returns

Warranty conditions are defined in the product documentation and/or warranty policy applicable to the product.
Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for no-reason returns.
For eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEEPACE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.
In all cases, DEEPACE’s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product.

Governing Law

These General Sales Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DEEPACE is legally registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Export Control & Regulatory Compliance

DEEPACE products may be subject to export control laws and regulations of the European Union, France, the United States, and/or other applicable jurisdictions.

By purchasing, ordering, or using DEEPACE products, the customer represents and warrants that:

• The products will not be exported, re-exported, transferred, or used in violation of any applicable export control, customs, or sanctions regulations.

• The products will not be used for prohibited end-uses, including but not limited to weapons of mass destruction, military applications requiring authorization, or other restricted activities.

• The customer is not located in, under the control of, or acting on behalf of any country, entity, or individual subject to trade sanctions or embargoes.

DEEPACE reserves the right to:

• Request end-user statements or additional documentation where required by law;

• Suspend or cancel orders if export compliance requirements cannot be satisfied;

• Refuse shipment to certain destinations or end-users in accordance with applicable regulations.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all local import, customs, and regulatory requirements in the destination country.
