Shipping channel:

We collaborate with leading logistics partners such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure swift and secure global transportation. Additionally, we have established partnerships with other reputable logistics providers in specific regions to offer efficient and cost-effective shipping solutions. All shipments are trackable!

July 2024: Our French warehouse started shipping products to our European customers!

Delivery time:

Express: 5~8 days; (DHL/FedEx/UPS, fast and stable.)

General Logistics: 10~25 days;

Free shipping: 5~25 days, depending on the region.

The price of products:

Our product prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location.

For commercial customers in the EEU region, VAT reverse charge may apply. In this situation please contact our manager to confirm.

We will fill in the actual price of the order when shipping. If the parcel is incurring customs duty please take care of it in time so that the parcel will not be returned.

We accept payment by PayPal and card.

For commercial orders, you can also use bank transfer to our business account. We accept multiple transfer method. To pay by bank transfer, please contact our sales manager annayang@deepace.net.

Warranty and Return Policy

Please refer to the product manual for details on our warranty policy. Customized products are exempt from no-reason returns, while other products are eligible for a 7-day no-reason return policy. However, customers are responsible for covering the associated courier costs. For further assistance, kindly reach out to our sales manager.

    3. Price Adjustment: We will promptly review your application and, upon verification, adjust the price for you. Depending on your payment method, the price difference will be refunded through the original payment method or issued as a coupon.

    4. Policy Limitations: Please note that the price protection policy applies only to products purchased within the price protection period. Additionally, the following situations are not covered by the price protection:

  – Products during special promotional periods (such as clearance)
  – Other special circumstances, such as omissions or pricing errors

    5. Reserve Rights: We reserve the right to adjust the price protection policy based on actual circumstances and may modify or terminate it at any time without prior notice.
